Not to use this Service contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in a way that causes, or may cause, harm to the Service, or to any person or business entity.
Not to introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

5. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

InvestiLand provides informational analysis only. Our Service does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. InvestiLand is not a firm regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). All investment decisions are made at your own risk, and you should seek independent professional financial advice before making any such decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits or investment losses. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Service, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Klana Tech Ltd., its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.

9. Dispute Resolution

Most user concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting us at investiland@klanatech.com. If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, we will discuss with you the most effective way of resolving the dispute through mediation or other alternative dispute resolution. This does not prevent you from seeking recourse through the courts as outlined in the Governing Law and Jurisdiction clause.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Klana Tech Ltd. and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for cause, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
